Get Involved

This is a massive challenge, not just physically but also logistically! If you’d like to support me there are a number of ways you can help:

  • Deliver supplies. I’m trying to keep weight to a minimum as I am carrying everything (tent and all) so I am hoping to have a “supplies delivery” from time to time where I can stock up on essentials, food, clean socks etc. If you’d be willing to come and meet me on route to help me restock, that would be amazing!

  • Help find accommodation. I’m aiming to get as much help with accommodation and food as possible to keep costs low so more money goes to charity (I have a self-funded pot that I will be living off, anything that doesn’t get spent will be split across the charities). Finding and organising accommodation for 100 nights is not the easiest task in the world, especially when I’m not always sure of an exact date….! If you know of anyone who may live along my route who would be willing to put me up for a night – even if it is just allowing me to pitch my tent in their garden! – please put them in touch!

  • Help spread the word! The more people that know about my challenge, the more money we can raise for the children and adults that are helped through the charities we’re supporting. And this goes beyond just raising money – I want to help inspire other people to follow their dreams, believe in themselves, try something new. But one voice alone isn’t going to make a huge impact….I need your help! I’m thinking local newspapers, radio, church groups, schools, Facebook, Instagram, that sort of thing. Share my posts, contact your friends, give me a shout out when you can!

  • Join me for a day, a weekend or even a week! If you are interested in walking a section with me, let me know whether you have a preference for location or date and I will see what might work. Please note that this will be much easier to arrange if you can let me know before I start walking! And while I’ll help where I can you’ll need to figure out transport to the start and finish etc yourself (for obvious reasons the walks won’t be circular…!).

  • Come and cheer me on! Even if you don’t want to walk, a wave and a hug and maybe a stop for coffee/lunch/dinner at points along my route would be very welcome 🙂 the nearest point to “home” will be Bristol/crossing the old Severn bridge to Chepstow. It would be lovely to see as many people as possible cross the bridge with me for a picnic on the other side on Sedbury Cliffs! This will be happening on the afternoon of Sunday 23rd July. More details about this here

  • Send me encouraging messages! There will no doubt be times when my energy and resolve is flagging. All friendly messages will be gratefully received! Either use the form below or post on my Facebook page.

THANK YOU so much! Your support, in any shape or form, is hugely appreciated!

Much love xx
